Hello ASGO members,

It is my great honor and privilege to welcome you all to ASGO 2026. This year, our congress will take place from December 4th to 6th at the Shanghai International Conference Center in Shanghai, China, under the leadership of Professor Rongyu Zang, Chairman of the Organizing Committee. As I begin my term as the new President of ASGO, I am thrilled that my first duty is to celebrate this wonderful gathering with all of you.

I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Professor Zang and the entire team from the Chinese Society of Gynecologic Oncology for their outstanding work in preparing this congress. Professor Zang’s dedication and leadership have been truly remarkable, and I am confident that this meeting will be one of the most memorable in ASGO’s history.

The scientific program is exceptional, featuring world-class keynote lectures, multi-disciplinary symposiums, and interactive workshops covering the latest advances in gynecologic oncology. I believe this congress will serve as a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration across our diverse region.

Shanghai, one of Asia’s most dynamic and cosmopolitan cities, provides a magnificent backdrop for our meeting. I hope that beyond the scientific sessions, you will take the opportunity to experience the rich culture and warm hospitality of this great city, and to strengthen the bonds of friendship among ASGO members.

As your new president, I look forward to working together with all of you to advance gynecologic cancer care across Asia. Let us make the most of this congress and continue to close the gap in cancer care for the women of our region.
